What You’ll Do
The Operations organization at CoreWeave is responsible for scaling and operating global AI infrastructure with speed, discipline, and reliability. The Strategic Programs function sits at the center of Operations, driving long-term strategy, cross-functional execution, and the COO’s most critical initiatives as the company scales globally.
About the Role
The Vice President, Strategic Programs, Operations will own and evolve CoreWeave’s Operations strategy while leading the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This role partners closely with the COO and senior Operations leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with clear outcomes. You will oversee initiatives such as international expansion, federal programs, and large-scale infrastructure efforts while building a high-performing strategic programs organization. The role requires deep experience operating at both the strategic and execution layers in a fast-scaling, infrastructure-heavy environment.
Who You Are
15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership within infrastructure, cloud, data center, or high-growth technology environments
Demonstrated experience owning both strategy development and end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
Proven track record of building, scaling, or leading a PMO or strategic programs function
Experience translating ambiguous or early-stage ideas into structured operating plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes
Strong analytical and operational planning capabilities, including portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and program governance
Experience partnering with executive leadership to sequence, resource, and execute large-scale initiatives
Ability to influence and align senior leaders across technical, operational, legal, and government-facing teams
Experience improving operational visibility through reporting, metrics, and execution discipline
Preferred
Experience supporting international expansion or global infrastructure programs
Exposure to federal, regulated, or government-adjacent programs
Background working closely with marketing, legal, or government affairs teams on external positioning or policy-related initiatives

The base salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
